Those remote controls sometimes are illegal copies with same design, packaging and WHY brand printed on, but often have different shape and brand name but still use a software that infringes the European Patent owned by the company. Protect its business and their rights is then the main purpose of 2019. After a careful analisys and precious suggestions received from experts in Intellectual Property, a “legal and commercial” combined action seems to be the correct strategy to follow up. In the meantime, to confirm itself as leader on the market, SICE TECH has never stopped invest in R&D, persuaded that creating new ideas and products is the only way to differ from all those companies which simply copy other’s successful products, often changing merely the name and the design.
