ERREBI: a vision of the future with an eco-friendly heart Errebi is the historical manufacturer of keys for locks and has been part of the basque Altuna SA Group since 1996. This year Errebi celebrates its 70th anniversary. Its location in the heart of the Dolomites, just 20km from Cortina, makes this company even more beautiful and unique. This is where our motto comes from: innovation into tradition. Over the years we’ve developed our activity thanks to synergies within the Group, combining traditional keys with technologically advanced products. We successfully entered into the automotive industry with simple cloning processes using advanced microchips. Alongside traditional mechanical duplication machines we’ve introduced an electronic “all in one” version called “3 CODE”. We’ve also introduced a range of remote controls to open garages and gates, featuring bluetooth applications and management through smartphone apps. Our leitmotif remains the same: imagine the future and offer to the market highly technological products easy to use. But that’s not enough, as our location calls for environmental responsibility. We’ve set ourselves precise eco-sustainability targets with rules to respect the environment. We use rainwater and water from nearby streams for our internal use and then we give it all back to nature once it’s been purified. We are totally aware that technological innovation and protection of the environment have to go in the same direction, for us and for future generations.
