produzione, precodifica, codifica di chiavi in solo avviamento, di chiavi-radiocomando, di CARD 3 e 4 tasti, di chiavi di prossimità, di chiavi a slot e di quasi l’80% del parco auto circolante dal 1999 al 2018. All’inizio l’azienda riusciva a produrre il 48 della famosa CODE2 della Fiat, sia avviamento sia radiocomando, a 1 tasto (è ancora l’unica a poterlo fare), oggi su quella stessa marca è la prima a poter lavorare in OBD sulle auto di ultima generazione come Nuova Tipo, 500X, Renegade con transponder Megamos AES chiave a FLIP con lama. Non solo: anche il sistema VAG (Magneti Marelli e Jhonson) dopo il 2014 non è più uno “sconosciuto”, per non parlare della produzione delle chiavi a infrarosso del gruppo Mercedes-Benz in OBD dal 1999 al 2015, della facilità con cui si riesce a codificare una BMW a slot o una MINI, fare chiavi su Toyota di prossimità in situazione di chiavi perse (dove nemmeno la casa madre riesce), senza tralasciare auto datate, ma da sempre difficili come Alfa159 o Croma. La terza lavorazione è la più tecnica ma anche la più virtuosa. Con i suoi 276 moduli di famiglie elettroniche si arriva dove in pochi riescono: leggere schede elettroniche come BMW-CAS4 o Toyota in assenza di chiavi, fare un semplice 600 in assenza chiavi o preparare una centralina motore (reset parziale ECU) per accogliere un nuovo Body. 37 Zed-Full was created in Instanbul six years ago and in the last years it has made great progress. Currently, it is equipped with three different types of key-making: clonation (copy-copy system), serial production (OBD) and production on a work table (276 electronic families). Clonation is the most used type among key manufacturers. The Zed-Full is capable of cloning many transponders, from T5 to 48 Megamos, even using transponders that do not belong to it, such as electronic heads or glass transponders from other companies, which allows Zed-Full users not to be tied to the companies’ monopolization. Furthermore, Zed-Full can clone FIAT remote controls on emulators which are similar to the original keys, and it is the only device capable of copying 8C transponders for all MAZDA vehicles. It also ensures that the frequency and signal of remote controls are correct and functioning. The key-making with the OBD is the jewel of Zed-Full’s functions: it involves the precoding, encoding and production of keys while the ignition is on, and it also clones keys with remote controls, CARD keys with three or four buttons, proximity keys and slot keys for almost the 80% of automobiles which have been in circulation from 1999 to 2018. We managed some time ago to clone the Megamos 48 of the infamous FIAT CODE2, both with the ignition on and with remote controls, and we are still the only ones who can do that. Nowadays we are also the first ones allowed to work with the OBD on last-generation FIAT models such as TIPO, 500x, RENEGADE (which has a Megamos AES transponder and flip keys with blade), and also the VAG system (Magneti Marelli and Johnson)is no longer a stranger since 2014. Not to mention the fact that we have produced MERCEDESBENZ infrared keys with the OBD from 1999 to 2015, or the fact that using Zed-Full it is now easy to code a BMW slot key or a MINI, or even proximity keys for TOYOTAs without having the working keys (a challenge that even the car company itself has not yet won), without forgetting of old and complicated cars, such as the ALFA159 or the CROMA. The third type of key-making is the most technical, but also virtuous; with this type and its 276 electronic families in fact we can do things that not everyone can, reach goals that very few can reach: we can read electronic units from BMWCAS4 and TOYOTA without having the keys, or a simple 600 without keys, and we can do a partial ECU reset (electronic control unit) to prepare it for a new body.
