Here’s its story and strength. iKey: What’s the story of your business? How has it developed over the years? Francesca Bucchi: Bucchi snc was founded in 1982 in Agrate Brianza by Franco Bucchi and his wife Mariangela, following the footsteps of his grandfather, owner of a hardware shop back in 1948. Before long, Bucchi’s brother-in-law, Ezio Sala, stepped in. I stepped in the business in 2008 and today we count three other associates. We started out as a small retail shop, and we now work with larger multinational corporations and affirmed artisans. Our growth allowed the business to survive the economic crisis which has been going on since 2008. iKey: Which brands in the security industry do you market? F.B.: we market all the main brands such as Cisa, Iseo, Mottura, Nuova Feb, Omec, Meroni, Disec.
